- Here's my first ever clothing mesh for you, a sleeveless turtleneck and a skirt, with 5 different color options. The mesh does not require any expansion packs and is freely recolorable. The mesh has a working "fat" morph, also (but, unfortunately, no pregnant morph, if there are those of you who use a hack to allow sims wear normal clothing while pregnant). The mesh is also bumpmapped. You can download the mesh and the outfits to go with it on page 2 of Adult women's clothing.

2006-04-22 - This update includes a large, 6-tile dining table mesh, and a matching chair for it. The table is a fully functional dining table that can seat 10 sims. The table requires the Open For Business expansion pack, the chair requires no expansion packs. They both borrow their textures from the Luxiary "Ample King" Dining Table by Maxis. To recolor the chair and table in this set, you will need to recolor that Maxis table. What ever Maxis or custom color options you have for the Luxiary "Ample King" Dining Table will show up for these table and chair, as well. You can download them on page 3 of the Dining Room section under Furniture. The table would have been impossible to make without Echo's and fisheeye's tutorials at Mod The Sims 2, and Echo's and Inge's help otherwise. So, huge thanks to everyone who helped me finish this project that has been, by far, my most demanding one to date. I hope you enjoy the results. - Helena
2006-03-22 - Here's a set of three new curtain meshes inspired by Lily Whyte. The curtains, both the straight and diagonal versions, can be placed next to each other to look like one, wide curtain. The meshes are low on polygons and recolorable, and do not require any expansion packs. You can download the curtains and several color options on page 5 of the Miscellaneous section under Furniture. - Helena
2006-02-11 - Yay, an update! Here's a stainless steel bathroom set for you with five new meshes and some color options for them. The polygon counts are moderate, but overall lower than those of the Maxis originals. All the meshes are recolorable, as usual. None of the objects require any expansion packs. You can download them on page 1 of Bathrooms under Furniture. - Helena
2006-01-10 - After a small break to gather up some inspiration, here's a new update for you. This is a sliding door designed to look like door for a walk-in closet, but it works as a normal door and can also be used for any other purpose. The door is low on polygons and recolorable, and doesn't require any expansion packs. You can download it on page 16 of Windows & Doors under Building. - Helena
2005-12-18 - Today's update is a set of modular windows that you can combine with each other to make windows starting from two tiles wide to as wide as you want. Use the End Piece on both sides, and none, one, or several Middle Pieces in between according to how wide you want it to be. To recolor the windows, recolor the straight version of the End Piece. The Middle Piece requires the End Piece to work in game. The meshes are both low on polygons. Download the meshes and their recolors on page 15 of Windows & Doors under Building. - Helena
2005-12-11 - Pixel Sims has been nominated for Best Site Design at Simply Simsational Awards. To vote in this or any of the other categories, go here. Today's update is a set of frame and curtain recolors on the bead curtain door mesh from an earlier update. You need the bead curtain doorway mesh for these to work. Download the new recolors on page 14 and the mesh on page 12 of Windows & Doors under Building. - Helena
2005-12-03 - Here's a matching, taller version of the louvered window from an earlier update, as requested by Vicki. As the shorter version, this one also is low on polygons and recolorable, and doesn't require any expansion packs. Download the mesh and several recolors on page 13 of Windows & Doors under Building. - Helena
2005-11-30 - Today's update is a bead curtain doorway inspired by mattman4a69's request at Mod The Sims 2. It's based on an archway and has no animation, the sims walk through the curtain. The curtain part is a texture on a flat mesh, so the polygon count is very low. The doorway is recolorable and works on diagonal walls also. No expansion packs are required. You can download it on page 12 of Windows & Doors under Building. - Helena
2005-11-24 - Here's a new window mesh for a change, a louvered window with options for solid or glass blinds. The mesh is very low on polygons and recolorable, and doesn't require any expansion packs. Find the mesh with several recolors here on page 11 of Windows & Doors under Building. Happy Thanksgiving to all of those who celebrate it! - Helena
2005-11-20 - First I have important news about updated files: Those of you who don't have the Nightlife expansion pack and have downloaded the Glass And Wood Office Part I, should download a fixed version of the desk mesh that now should work without any expansion packs. Those of you who have Nightlife can keep using the old version. Also, I have updated the Opening Windows. The old versions required the Nightlife EP to work, and I have also fixed a wall cut-out issue that affected all versions of the game, so everyone should download the fixed windows to make sure they work correctly. Besides the fixed files, I've updated with a new aquarium mesh with several recolors. You can download them here on page 4 of the Miscellaneous section under Furniture. - Helena
2005-11-16 - Here is the promised second part to the last update's Glass And Wood Office. This one comes with four new meshes and their recolors. The bookcase requires the University expansion pack, the other items only require the base game. All items are low on polygons and recolorable. With the bench you can mix and match the colors of the cushion and the wood parts, and you can do the same with the post and shade parts of the table lamp. You can download the set here on page 2 of the Study section under Furniture. - Helena
2005-11-06 - First I have an announcement to make: I have two new affiliates, Kira's Simply Simsational and Alexis' new website Sim It Like You Want It. Go check them out! Today's update is my first set for the Study section, the first part of a set called Glass And Wood Office. Included are three new meshes with recolors, and recolors on a Maxis chair. All of the new meshes are recolorable and low on polygons. Huge thanks to Numenor at Mod The Sims 2 for his invaluable help on the armoire! You can download the set here on page 1 of the Study section under Furniture. - Helena
2005-10-26 - Here are finally some matching doors for my windows! The archway requires the plain door in the game to work, so the door and archway are downloaded together. To recolor the plain door and archway, just make a recolor of the straight (not the diagonal) version of the plain door and it'll recolor them both. The glass door is a completely separate object and works independently. Download them all here on page 10 of Windows & Doors under Building. Important news to anyone who recolors my meshes is that I have changed my mesh redistribution policy, and you can now post my mesh with the recolors on your site as long as you follow the rules posted here. This was decided in order to make downloading easier when you can get all the needed files in one place instead of having to hunt them down from other sites. Please, respect my rules to ensure that downloaders get the correct, unchanged mesh files. - Helena
2005-10-19 - Today's update is four Maxis textures for "The Grease Stands Alone" Island Bar top from the Nightlife expansion pack that are missing from the game for some reason. I did not create these textures, I just dug them out with SimPE and made them into the recolors that are missing from the catalog. Thanks to Titian_Kitty at Neighborhood 99 for the idea! You can find the bar top recolors here on page 3 of Miscellaneous Furniture. - Helena
2005-10-16 - As a little Halloween update, here is a skeleton in a closet for you. It's an armoire that works as any regular armoire, but has a skeleton inside of it. The skeleton was extracted from the game by gromit. Due to the skeleton, the polygon count of the object is moderately high. The armoire is recolorable. Download it here on page 2 of Miscellaneous Furniture. - Helena
2005-10-14 - Today's update is a set of functioning windows that open and close automatically. The mesh is based on the regular windows from the previous update, and Inge from simlogical made them open and close. The windows open in the morning at 9 and close at night at 9. Each color version of this window shows up as a separate object and not as a regular recolor, because recoloring these windows currently isn't possible. Read more about the windows here. Download the windows here on page 9 of Windows & Doors under Building. - Helena
2005-10-07 - I'm gradually getting back to a normal routine after moving to a new town and starting at a new job, and my first update since the move is a set of two multi-paned windows you can find here on page 8 of Windows & Doors under Building. Both windows also work on diagonal walls, are fairly low on polygons and recolorable. - Helena
2005-09-26 - Here is the second part for the Curved Bedroom I updated with a couple of weeks ago. There are four new meshes (single bed, tall end table, armoire and living chair) with color options that match the previous update. The armoire is animated, and all of the meshes are, again, low on polygons and recolorable. You can find the set on page 3 in the Bedroom section under Furniture. - Helena
